Registration is now open for the 2nd Annual Pacific Northwest Climate Science Conference. See below for more details on registering. Conference participants are required to make their own lodging arrangements. See the "Lodging and Transportation" page for more information on lodging options.
Registration Fees
Conference registration fees are as follows:
$120 – Standard (2 day) registration
$100 – One day registration
$75 – Student/tribal registration
The registration fee includes lunch, refreshment breaks, conference materials, and one drink during the September 13th poster session. Payment by credit card (Visa and Mastercard) is requested.
Cancellations / Refunds
Cancellation and refund requests will be handled as follows:
- Cancellations and refund requests received on or before Friday, August 26 (extended!), will be refunded at full value.
- Cancellations and refund requests received between August 27 and September 7, 2011, will be subject to a $25 administrative processing fee.
- No refunds are available after September 7, 2011.
If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute in your place. Please submit your cancellation in writing to debryant@u.washington.edu or 206-616-1902.
