Avoiding dangerous climate change
Prime Minister Tony Blair called for an international conference on stabilization
of greenhouse gases, which was held February 1-3 at the Met Office in Exeter. Philip
Mote, who attended, will provide a synopsis of the science and politics of
the conference, including who won
the straw poll of "most annoying participant".
