Congress is slowly moving towards seriously thinking about climate legislation. Find out the prospects for a climate bill when the 110th Congress convenes in January.

Speaker bio:

Jim DiPeso has served as policy director and board member for Republicans for Environmental Protection since 1996. He has worked for conservation organizations in a variety of capacities since 1990. Before then, he worked as a newspaper reporter and editor.
