Instructions for Joining the Webinar

Participation in each webinar is limited to 100 callers. A RSVP is required. Individuals at the same location are encouraged to participate jointly. Forest Service video conferencing equipment can be used for projection to larger audiences.

To participate in the webinar, you need access to a telephone and a web browser with Adobe Flash (Note: If you can view YouTube videos, you have Adobe Flash and therefore can access the webinar. You can also use the connection test link). Adobe Flash is available as a free download if needed.

Please log in to the webinar 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the webinar to allow time to resolve any technical difficulties.

To join the Adobe Connect webinar:

1) Go to:

2) Type your name into the field and click the "Enter Room" button

3) Click "Request Entry" to enter the Meeting Room.

To join the audio portion of the webinar:

1) Dial: 1-800-379-6841

2) Enter the pass code: 923626

Please remember to mute your phone line during the webinar. If you do not have a mute button on your phone, press *6 to mute or "un-mute". Other phone short-cuts for the webinar:

  • Press *4 to increase conference volume
  • Press *7 to decrease conference volume 
  • Press *5 to increase your voice volume 
  • Press *8 to decrease your voice volume.
